Kako god da bilo uvijek teži boljem ,dodatno poradi na detaljima. ______________________________________________ ☝️ Prilagodi volumen i frekvenciju treninga, radi prsa jedom tjedno većim volumenom 3-4 vježbe 15 do 20 setova sve ukupno uvijek visokim intenzitetom 1-2 minute pauze između serija, ukoliko radiš na snazi pa radiš prvo bench 5×5 ili 3×3 uz to i P.R rep , tada uzmi pauzu po osjećaju 5 pa čak i više minuta. Ukoliko radiš prsa dva puta tjedno paralelno sa drugom mišićnom skupinom tada smanji volumen i radi 10 do 12 serija ukupno. Odmor i kvalitetan san kao i prehrana su neophodni za rast ! ______________________________________________ Ovdje u prvom video primjeru vidimo princip NEGATIVNOG POTISKA (ekscentrični) uz pomoć kolege "spotera" ,zadatak je kontrolirati negativni pokret pri potisku kolege koji ide sve do prsa ( početnici zbog slabije mobilnosti ramena i neka idu šipkom 5cm iznad prsa ), hvat je takav da je palac ispod šipke tkz.monkey hvat, laktovi su ispod šake , nisu previš otvoreni niti previše ka tijelu, želimo izbjeći ozljede ramenog mosta ili tetive lakta, prednosti ovakvih ponavljanja su izduživanje mišićnih vlakana, povećanje mišićne izdržljivosti,povećanje mišićne mase,veća potrošnja kalorija. Day 18 was Fight club! I look forward to this one each time!! The first time we had it I was a little nervous that it would be the typical workout video karate where they don't pinch or kick right. Aquí os muestro un día de entreno del mesociclo que estoy siguiendo ahora. - Entramos de lleno en la fase de hipertrofia, a falta de hacer dos mesociclos más las sensaciones son brutales. - Esta semana estoy manejando un volumen total por sesión de 36 series. La próxima semana el objetivo es llegar a 48 series por entreno. - Sigo entrenando 3 días, comiendo 3300 kcal( las bajé un poco por que me sentía saturado de comer y la grasa empezaba dispararse, un 12%). - Lo subo a IGTV para que se pueda rebobinar y el entreno no se haga pesado. - Me muevo alrededor de 85 kilos.
