Short and Sweet Shoulder Circuit 💪🏼
Still recovering from that Murph Challenge so here’s about all i could muster up - a LIGHTWEIGHT Shoulder Circuit. This is a high rep workout so it should be done with light weights!
Workout Breakdown ⤵️
1️⃣ Kneeling Front Raises - 15 reps | 3 sets
2️⃣ Kneeling “Y” Raises - 15 reps | 3 sets
3️⃣ Kneeling Lateral Raises - 15 reps | 3 sets
4️⃣ Seated Neutral Grip Iso Overhead Presses - 12 reps per arm | 3 sets
5️⃣ Seated Arnold Presses - 12 reps | 3 sets
6️⃣ Kneeling Cross-Body Punches - 15 per side | 3 sets
No supersets on this one, rest as needed after each exercise. This is going to be more challenging then you think because we are taking away your ability to use your legs to muscle up the weights here - each exercise is performed from either a kneeling or seated position. (Forcing you to use proper form) So grab whatever form of light weights you’ve got and get to work on those shoulders!
Ladies - this is also for you and is an awesome workout for chiseling your upper arms and getting rid of those “problem areas” around your shoulders👌
