Happy Monday 🖤 You ready for the week? I woke up jazzed AF this morning for new goals, new opportunities, new actions and hopefully some new friends! 👭 One of my goals for the week is to DE-CLUTTER my day to day.
Did you know that cluttered spaces can actually decrease productivity? It’s tough for your brain to process too much shit at once. 🤓
Same goes with the relationships that you have. If you’re allowing too much of other people’s business to clutter your mind, you cannot focus on what’s important in your own life. Makes sense, right? I’m not saying don’t be compassionate, help or care for those around you, but do me a favor this week, work on de-cluttering one area of your day to day. Whether it’s your office, car, room, kitchen, backyard, wherever! And keep your mind clear; don’t allow other people to clutter your mind to a point of counter-productivity or negativity. Kay?
