Death Valley National Park
I’ll say it - Death Valley is the most underrated place we’ve visited. It’s not that people talk down about it, but I haven’t heard anyone saying it’s a “must visit” place. I’ll say it!
It’s insanely beautiful. It’s foreboding name doesn’t adequately describe what this place is really like. Yes, it can look barren and it does get hot, but there’s more to it than that.
The valley is surrounded by 7k foot tall mountains and you can see for my miles. It’s also QUIET. At this time of year we had daytime temps in the mid 70s and hardly anyone around. Also, one of the best hikes to date in Mosaic Canyon.
Add Death Valley to your bucket list of places to visit! 🏜
