Quarantine got the best of my nutrition about a month ago. I may have kept up with my daily workout but that sure didn’t stop me from popping in all the frozen pizzas as well 🤣 Did I feel guilty? No! And you shouldn’t either. But it did catch up with me and I was feeling run down!
I committed to an 80 day program, focused on my nutrition, had a handful of treats along the way, got my workouts in every day and here we are 26 days later.
I’m amazed at how well this program works. Mama’s got goals and there’s no stopping me now. I’m dialing in even more on my nutrition for phase 2 and pushing myself harder in my workouts. It may be HARD, but working hard and feeling amazing along the way sure beats the HARD that is feeling run down, tired, unmotivated and down.
Officially down 5lbs, 6.5 inches and a heck of a lot stronger mentally and physically.
