Let’s go back to some basics. 🤓⁣ ⁣ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️⁣ ⁣ The number one most important thing for losing fat or gaining muscle is your 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞! ⁣ ⁣ Like it or not - it is!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ The principle of it matters to your overall health and fitness, because it determines whether you 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 over time. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Caloric balance doesn’t take into account whether calories come from proteins, carbohydrates or fats; it involves only total calories in and total calories out. 💁🏻‍♀️⁣ ⁣ If you aren’t in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume), you won’t lose body fat ⁣ ⁣ and then..⁣ ⁣ If you aren’t in a calorie surplus (consuming more calories than you burn), it will be very difficult to gain muscle - especially when you are not new to resistance training.⁣ ⁣ The magnitude of your calorie deficit or surplus will determine how much weight you lose or gain, respectively. Můj první banana bread. 😁 Já a banány máme takovej zvláštní vztah. Někdy na ně dostanu šílenou chuť tak si prostě koupím nějaký menší trs... sním 1-2 a zbytek mi pak dooost často začne tak nějak pomalu umírat. Stejně tak tomu bylo i teď. No a tak jsem se rozhodla, že si z něj něco upeču. No a tak teda vznikl tenhle banánový chlebíček. A hele. On je fakt dobrej! 😍 🍌2 menší zralé banány 🍌2 vejce 🍌40g namletých ovesných vloček 🍌40g špaldové mouky 🍌40g čokoládového proteinu * 🍌lžička kypřícího prášku 🍌špetka soli 🍌pár kapek flavdrops 🍌5g holandského kakaa 🍌20g ořechového másla * 🍌trochu vody/mléka na doředění (cca 30ml) . Všechny sypké ingredience smíchejte dohromady. Přidejte rozmačkanej banán, žloutky, ořechové máslo, flavdrops, mléko/vodu a vymíchejte. A pak opatrně vmíchejte vyšlehané bílky. Pečte cca na 180° zhruba 30-40 minut. Ale určitě kontrolujte! Jinak nahoru jsem dala 2 tenké plátky z těch 2 banánů. Aby to bylo jakože hezčí, žejo. 😁 . No a ještě jeden takovej "divnej" tip. Ale skvěle funguje. Když máte tužší ořechové máslo můžete ho naředit troškou(!) horké vody a dosáhnout tak požadované konzistence na případnou ozdubu. Zní to asi divně, ale když nezalejete malou lžičku másla deckou vody, tak to chuť fakt nijak nezmění. Ale docílíte pak toho hezkého polití čehokoliv co polejt chcete. 😊 .
