Certain things just are the way they are and we need to let them be. Other things, we need to change. Ambition is excluding and never allows time to be here; you are never truly meeting people - you are just seeing how you can use them to get somewhere else.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ambition creates disturbance, as if now isn’t good enough, as if you have to get somewhere else to be happy but you can never get there as you are always here.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ambition is unsustainable. Instead have surrendered vision. In vision, you always have time to be here.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As you evolve ambition decreases. You will have vision and it will be simple. Ambition brings restlessness as it comes from a place of not feeling worthy of love. Point your right foot to the right; ensuring your knee and quad follow the direction of your foot, lift up through your right kneecap to draw energy upward. Extend your arms parallel to the floor. Reach your right arm to your right while pressing your left hip to your left. Slowly lower your right hand to your shin or to the floor as you extend your left arm up, drawing your ribs slightly back. Keep pressing into the base of your right big toe. Engage your core as you draw your shoulder blades toward each other, open your chest. The Vagus Nerve is the tenth cranial nerve that interfaces with control of the heart, lungs and digestive tract, Besides giving some output to various organs, the vagus nerve comprises between 80% and 90% of the nerves that convey sensory information about the body’s organs to the central nervousness system. . "The breathing techniques used in contemplative activities (for instance meditation, yoga and tai chi) include, but are not restricted to, slowing down respiration cycles, shifting to longer exhalations compared to inhalations, shifting the main locus of respiration from the thorax to the abdomen (diaphragmatic breathing), or paying attention to "natural" breathing. Open your right leg to your right side at about a 45-degree angle, bring your left foot to the inside of your right upper thigh, ground the sitting bones. The torso is rotating open, heart space opening to the sky. Focus on elongating your rib cage and breathing deep into your side body. Bend your knees and reach your hands for your ankles while keeping your hips grounded and your chest open. Inhale, raising the chest and legs off the earth into a backbend. Hands can be either on the outside or inside of the ankles. Flex your feet and stabilize the knees toward each other. Focus on elongating your spine and opening your upper chest and shoulders. Eka Pada Rajakapotasana – One-Legged King Pigeon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stretches the hip flexors, quadriceps, and inner thighs. Opens the chest, shoulders, and pelvic structure. Strengthens the upper back. Develops an uplifted and present energy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To practice, Sit on the floor and stretch your legs to the front. Now bend the right knee such that the right heel touches the Mooladhara or the groin area. Do not lift the right knee from the floor. Take the left leg back such that the left thigh, knee, and shin are flat on the ground with the toes stretched and touching the floor.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Placing your palms on the ground, throw your head back while simultaneously pushing your chest outwards.
